RETURNS + CANCELLATIONS

Order Cancellations & Changes: If you need to make a change to your order after purchase, please email customerservice@kidscustomrugs.com
We will do our best to accommodate any reasonable request if possible!

Return Policy:
We take responsibility for any manufactured defaults or errors!

Custom Products: We take pride in our product and name so we want to help out whenever possible! Our custom products are made-to-order, therefore we can not accept returns on these products. If you have a question or concern, please reach out to our customer service team and we will try to accommodate any reasonable request if possible!

Non-Custom Products: If you are unhappy with a non-custom or non-personalized products, we are happy to help you with a return within 14 days of receiving your product

Refunds: Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a credit will be applied to the original payment method within 2-3 days.

Sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
